Interview & Interrogation Techniques: The Detection of Deception is a 2-day (16 hour) training program designed to provide law enforcement officers (patrol and investigators) and arson investigators, with the specialized skills to successfully interrogate criminal suspects as well as obtain accurate information from victims and witnesses.

Participants will learn extraordinarily valuable techniques for differentiating truth from lying and honesty from deception in both oral and written communications from an instructor that has spent years in the field perfecting the detection of deception.

By the completion of the program participants will have learned how to:

· Effectively recognize and reach the ultimate goals of an Interview or interrogation

· Identify and utilize traits and styles associated with those highly successful in this field

· Recognize and overcome deceptive techniques employed by suspects

· A new and innovative approach to associating and interpreting non-verbal behaviors

· Understand and navigate through legal aspects of interview and interrogations.
